I wasn't sure what Riley was going to be for Halloween, so I bought a couple to try. Here's a precious little bee that didn't make the cut, but it was pretty cute.

We celebrated Christoph's 3rd Birthday at the Everett Imagine Children's Museum. It was a fun party, and the kids loved playing in the sun on the rooftop playground.

First Day of School

Orcas Island

We spent our Labor Day Weekend, the last weekend before school started on Orcas Island. We had so much fun hiking on Mount Constitution, exploring the Farmers Market, and enjoying the different island restaurants. The highlight was petting the tame deer at Rosarios resort. Riley also squeezed in some time for some yoga moves (cobra) on the benches of a garden. The house we rented had two cats, Gator and Geeza, that Riley wanted to bring home.
