Friends Over

We had the Fischers (minus Anita) and the Griffins over for a BBQ. Riley liked sharing her new yard toys with her friends.

New Sandbox

Riley doesn't want to leave our yard now that we have a new pool and sandbox. She's having so much fun!

Celebrations

We celebrated Father's Day and Jon and Dave's birthday, and Riley got a special pair of squeaky shoes. She thought it was so great that they would make a noise with every move she made. She tried tip-toeing, dancing, running... Thanks Grandpa and Grandma Loretta!

New Pool

We kicked off the summer with a new pool. It has a tiger that sprays water out of its mouth, but Riley preferred just wading in that water.

Field Day '08

Emily and I worked hard supervising the field day events. Thanks boys for moving our chair between events.

Enjoying the Sun

We went over to Grammy and PopPop's house to spend some time in the sun with family. Riley got some snuggles in with everyone, including Milo, their dog.

End of the Year Staff Party

The teachers kicked off the summer with and End-of-the-Year Staff Party at the Massengills. Riley played with her friends Kai and Wyatt on the sports court, taking turns riding and pushing the little tricycle. What good friends!

More Fun at the Orkneys

Chrissy was using PhotoBooth with Riley, and Riley loves hamming it up for the camera and seeing the instant results. Somehow, Chrissy ended up chasing me around the kitchen trying to wipe a booger on me. Are we 10 or in our 30's? Then Chrissy swaddled Riley up like a little, tiny baby.

Party at Bannisters

Riley's Daycare threw a special End-of-the-Year Party. Riley had so much fun playing with her friends, and eating a sucker with Wyatt.

Girls Softball Game

We went out to support some of the girls in my class in one of their final softball games. Riley liked watching the game and snuggling with Chrissy and Kai.
