Boat Ride

With it being so gorgeous, we joined up with Dave to got out on Jon's boat.

Remlinger Farms

We went out to Carnation to visit Count Fair Park at Remlinger Farms. Riley got to sit on a pony named Pumpkin, ride in a canoe with her friends, go on a train through the farmland, pet goats, ride on a pumpkin, and watch a play. It was a fun filled afternoon.

Little Monster

Riley likes to put her monsters in her mouth and then use her hands for other activities, but this time she forgot to take it out before falling asleep.

We met up with Grandpa Josh and went on a walk on the Burke-Gilman Trail. Riley got to see (wanted to touch) lots of geese, ducks, and even a rabbit. After burning off the calories from the morning, we had lunch at Spartas.

Zoo

Riley had her first trip to the Woodland Park Zoo with her friends Addie, Kai, and Sidra. She loved it all, even the trees along the trails. Here's a picture of Riley and me in the Savannah (giraffes in background) and Sid is a teacher for the Masaai Tribe.

Tucker Park

Jeanine, Riley and I went on a walk around Puget Park Drive and checked out Tucker Park. So fun!

Swimsuit #4

Riley has 6 swimsuits. 2 of them are the next size up, including this one. A little hair clip to hold the straps, and it fits perfectly.

Uncle Dave

Stand

Riley surprises us every day! Occassionally, she will let go of something and just stand there for a few seconds, forgetting that she needs support. She walks around the room using the furniture and walls as her crutch. Her vocabulary is quickly expanding. She started talking at the end of June and now says (in order): uh oh, ball, light, bottle, dog, and duck. She knows what several things are (even though she can't say them) and will point to the objects. She's so smart (unbiased mom's opinion).

We went and visited new baby Chloe Victoria Rebh. What a sweet bundle of joy!

Wyatt's First Birthday

We celebrated Riley's friend, Wyatt's, first birthday at a beach club on Lake Stevens. It was a gorgeous day, and the sun put the birthday boy right to sleep. Riley loved playing with Wyatt's cousin, Grayson. Wyatt woke up in time for cake and loved the blue frosting.
