4th of July

We celebrated the 4th with the Fischers, Chrissy, and her friend Matt. Doug and Anita brought over some pretty tame fireworks for a special show before the girls had to go to bed. Addy wasn't thrilled with the loud noises and preferred the pretty smoke of the smoke bombs. Riley liked it all, but climbed backwards onto my lap for added safety. They both loved stomping on the Pop-Its and hearing the snap sound. Before the real fireworks action started, the Fischers headed home and we got Riley to bed. She slept through all the noise, even with our neighborhood display right in front of our house.
